Though our items may look brand-new, each undergoes a meticulous refurbishment by our expert team. Every detail—from frame to fabric—is refined over 15 hours per set to meet our exceptional standards. 

90% of our couches are sourced from bulk liquidations and auctions, where we uncover premium pieces at unbeatable prices. The remaining 10% come through our network of stagers, designers, and private sellers seeking a seamless transaction. Occasionally, we also secure ex-display or even brand-new items, depending on availability. 

Once you've found the perfect couch, choose the payment option that suits you best: cash, PAYID bank transfer, or credit card (surcharges may apply) in-store. Prefer shopping online? Enjoy the convenience of cash on delivery. Within 4 hours of payment, we'll send you a booking link to effortlessly schedule your delivery at a time that works for you. 

While we don't have exact production dates for each item, most pieces are between 16 to 25 months old. Every item undergoes a meticulous inspection and refurbishment process to ensure lasting quality and stunning design.

Place your order by 11 am for same-day delivery by 5 pm, but it also depends on the truck's availability. Need it faster? We offer express delivery with tailored arrangements—just let us know your needs, and we'll provide a custom quote.
