Return and Refund Policy

I. Introduction

Matt's Furniture, and our successors and assigns ("we", "us", or "our"), provide a return policy on products purchased in Australia through our online store or in-store. 

II. Returns Policy

No Change of Mind Refunds

We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or store credit for change of mind, wrong selection, or finding a cheaper price elsewhere. Please choose carefully and preview your order before purchasing.

• Product Variations: Natural colour, texture, or dimensions may occur. These do not qualify for refunds unless the product is materially different from its description.
• Refunds for Major Issues: If a product differs from its description or fails to perform as advertised, you may be entitled to a refund or exchange under the ACL.

Damaged in Transit

If your product arrived damaged:

• Report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide photos or videos of the damage.
• If the damage is evident upon delivery, refuse acceptance and notify us immediately.

We will arrange an inspection and resolve the issue promptly.

Brand New Couches Returns Guidelines:

• Major faults (unsafe, non-functional): Full refund/replacement.
• Minor faults: Free repair.
• Change of mind: Not accepted.

Refurbished Couches

• Major faults (unsafe, non-functional): Full refund/replacement.
• Minor faults: Free repair.
• Change of mind: Not accepted.

IV. Faulty Goods

For products that fail within the warranty period, please refer to our Warranty terms above. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Matt’s Furniture Warranty & Returns Policy.
