Refurbished units;
"All second-hand furniture in our inventory is sold on an 'as is' basis, reflecting its refurbished state.

Once these items are sold, they are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or change of mind refunds." 

Terms of Return for brand new products:

You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).

State of Return:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Reason for Return:

We accept returns for faulty products resulting from manufacturing defects.

Process for Return:

1. Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) to initiate the return process.
2. Upon approval, securely package the item(s) for return, ensuring it is in its original condition.
3. Please note, we charge a stocking fee of 69% of the total price for returned items.

Process of Refund:

1. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
2. We will initiate the refund process to your original method of payment.
3. Refunds may take several business days to process and appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
